Our Gynecologist is experienced in dealing with female health concerns, including endometriosis and pelvic pain, contraception, abnormal bleeding, cervical smears, vulval disorders, polycystic-ovary syndrome, gynecological infections and general gynecological conditions. We can also help teenagers with any relevant issues.

Dr Tamarit is offering a Telemedicine option (online videoconference appointments). If you need a second opinion, need to review you medication and renew your prescriptions, or need to discuss the symptoms you are experiencing but cannot or prefer not to travel for a face to face appointment, this can be a suitable option. You may need a face to face appointment at a later time. Contact us to book your telemedicine appointment.

Endometriosis is a common condition where tissue from the lining of the womb, grows in other areas of the body. The symptoms of endometriosis vary. Some women may have no symptoms at all. Endometriosis’ most common symptoms are painful or heavy periods, pain during sex, pain in the lower back, pelvis or abdomen, bleeding between periods, and fertility problems.
Urinary incontinence is the unintentional or involuntary passing of urine. There are many causes of urinary incontinence. The most common of urinary incontinence are related to pregnancy, childbirth and menopause. Other causes can include infection, medication, weak bladder muscles, complications from surgery or chronic diseases such as diabetes.
The objective of cervical screening is to find early changes that could become cancer if left untreated.

Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome (PCOS) is a very common problem in women of reproductive age. It has both short-term effects upon reproductive function and longer term effects upon the risk of diabetes and cardiovascular disease. In PCOS symptoms are highly variable. Treatment of PCOS is highly personalized.
